Clean Juice Holdings, LLC (“Clean Juice”) is in the business of selling fruit and vegetable juices, protein smoothies, coffees, acai bowls, wraps, and other related supplemental products and services, making every effort possible to use 100% USDA Certified Organic Produce and GMO-free ingredients under the trade name “Clean Juice”.
Clean Juice’s Cleanse Club, is a monthly juice cleanse offering that is not sponsored or promoted by Clean Juice as a health care or health maintenance alternative. Clean Juice makes no express or implied nutrient content claims of any kind regarding its products except those that may be published on the Clean Juice website (https://www.cleanjuice.com/nutrition/) as part of the common or usual name of foods that are subject to a standard identity used in the juice process.
All participants in the Cleanse Club should consult their physician before beginning any dietary regimen. Clean Juice’s juice products should not be confused with prescription medicine or used as a substitute for medically supervised treatment. If you suspect you suffer from clinical dietary deficiencies, consult a licensed, qualified medical doctor. The use of any nutritional supplement for any reason, other than to increase dietary intake levels of specific nutrients, is neither implied nor advocated by Clean Juice. None of the juice products available from Clean Juice, including participation in a Cleanse Club, are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Clean Juice does not provide medical services and no services provided by Clean Juice, including Cleanse Club are supervised or performed by a physician. The Cleanse Club is not to be construed as medical, health, nutritional or dietary advice or instruction.
