Sign up by downloading the Clean Juice app on the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store. Create an account once you download the app. Once you create a new account, verify your phone number for account to be activated.

Yes, new app users only will get a free 12 oz fresh juice! This can be with or without ice. Existing guests do not qualify for the free fresh juice, instead will start at Level 1 and automatically unlock the first reward in Level 1.

Login using your previous username and password. Use the “forgot password” link if you don’t remember your password. If you can’t remember your username, try and use gmail email. If you still have issues, please email us with subject line “App Rewards Login Issue” and in your email please include your full name and address and we can help look up your account and send the login information to you.

Earn points for every dollar you spend. At Levels 1-3, you earn 3 points for every dollar you spend. At Levels 4-6, earn 5 points for every dollar you spend. At Levels 7-9 earn 7 points for every dollar you spend.

Each Level unlocks new rewards, one at a time based on the number of points you earn. Your rewards screen in the app will tell you how close you are to the next reward. Rewards for each level are listed above and includes free toasts, smoothies, coffees, kids smoothies, acai bowls, free superfood and protein add-ins, BOGO deals on a number of items, and free Clean Juice and Amazon gift cards. 

Rewards can only be redeemed once per visit. Rewards cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Rewards accounts are limited to one per guest.

No, every existing guest will be required to update their app, and sign in again using your existing email and password. When signing in your existing account will have 0 credits available, as starting the new rewards program over is technically the only way to unlock all the rewards available in the new program.

Yes, you can apply any reward to in store or app menu item purchases. For in store purchases, you must share your app with the juicerista or manager who will then scan it to activate that reward.
